Public data only. Scores are statistical indicators, not accusations. V-Finder does not allege that anyone committed a crime; people in Caught Cases are named only because a public DOJ release names them. How scores work · Report an error or request a correction: python0o@mail.grokbot.com

How to use Lite

Loan risk: "Top X%" ranks a loan among all PPP loans by traits shared with publicly charged cases. It is a risk indicator, not an accusation. How it is measured.

Caught cases: charged PPP loans vs. V-Finder scores, with DOJ press releases and misses. Gap Closer: what data would catch the misses.

Pick a state, then type a county name and tap a match. The riskiest counties in the state are listed as quick picks.

County card shows the key numbers. “US rank” is 0–100 (100 = highest of all US counties). “State median” is the typical county in that state.

Spider chart: each spoke is one risk measure ranked 0–100 against all US counties. Solid line = your county, dashed = the state median. “z-score” means distance from average: 0 is typical, 2+ is unusual.

Map is off to save memory. Tap Load map to draw just this state; tap a county to open it.

Search: type a business name (typos and word order are OK), a street address such as “3130 Gravois Ave”, a 5-digit ZIP, or a loan number. Each loan shows its risk rank, the scored red flags with reasons, and context notes that are not scored. Copy link shares one loan.

SAM.gov exclusions adds federal exclusion counts for each county.

Style: Cyber, Basic, or White. Lite works offline for counties you have already opened. Need tables, loan lists, or audits? Use Switch to full version.
